Course Structure: ✍🏻 Module 1: Introduction to Creative Journaling and Its Benefits Understand the fundamentals of creative journaling and its therapeutic benefits. Set up your journal and start with initial prompts to explore your current feelings and state of mind. ✍🏻 Module 2: Emotional Awareness and Recognizing Triggers Deepen your understanding of emotions and their role in your life. Identify and document your emotional triggers and patterns through guided journaling exercises. ✍🏻 Module 3: Identifying and Overcoming Fears and Limiting Beliefs Explore common fears and limiting beliefs, and learn how they influence your behavior. Engage in journaling activities designed to help you confront and reframe these thoughts. ✍🏻 Module 4: Nurturing a Positive Mindset Use journaling prompts to foster a kind and compassionate relationship with yourself. Learn to create positive experiences, celebrate & savour wins Practice relaxing techniques.
