Art therapy is a powerful mental health practice that can help people express themselves more freely, to feel better about ourselves, to reach our full potential and to be our happiest self. Join me on 25 November, Saturday at 3 pm to 4.30pm for an online Art Therapy Experiential Workshop. We will be meeting in a small group which offers participants a safe & non-judgemental space to connect with their inner self, express, share, ask questions, relax and feel good about yourself. This workshop is for anybody who is curious to know more about how art therapy can help their emotional wellbeing. We will be practising simple art based activities which will help participants to: - Connect with our emotions to build self-awareness. - Discover your strengths. - Relax and destress Who can attend the workshop? - This workshop will be beneficial to everyone who is interested to work on their inner self and learn creative ways to relax and destress. - No previous art experience is needed. Supplies needed for the Workshop: - Few A4 size papers / journal. - Colors like sketch pens or crayons or markers or water colors. We work in small groups and so have limited seats.
