Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thanks for connecting with Aash Creations. We appreciate the fact that you have selected us for your as your self-development / coaching journey. We also want to ensure that have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, and taking our services. However, there are terms and conditions that you should be aware of while transacting with Aash Creations.
Our refund and cancelling policy are as given below.
Individual One to One sessions:
If you cancel the appointment more than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you will receive a full refund, minus 5% transactions fees.
If you reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you will not be charged a reschedule fee.
If you cancel or reschedule the booking less than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you'll be charged 50% of the session fee.
If you cancel your registration at least 1 week prior to your first session you will receive a full refund minus 5% cancellation fee.
Please note there are no refunds should you wish to cancel the program less than 24 hours prior to the first session.
Group session cancellation policy:
In the unlikely event that the course you registered for is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund. You will be contacted prior to the start date of the course should a cancellation be required.
