Date: Saturday, 15th June 2025 Time: 3 PM to 5 PM IST Location: Online ( Google Meet) Join us for a gentle 2-hour art therapy workshop designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and learn simple creative tools to manage emotions and calm your mind. Through guided activities like emotional check-ins, exploring your strengths and challenges, and practicing self-compassion through art, this session will offer a safe and supportive space to pause and reflect. 🌿 What You’ll Take Away: ✨ A chance to tune into how you’re feeling ✨ Simple, art-based tools to manage emotions and relax your mind ✨ A gentle space to reflect on what’s helping and what’s feeling hard ✨ A creative practice to build a kinder, more supportive inner voice ✨ A PDF of creative prompts & a printable reflection journal page (shared post-session) 🖍️ Art Supplies You’ll Need: A4 or A3 paper Crayons / oil pastels / sketch pens Pen or pencil Optional: Watercolors or color pencils 👥 Who Can Attend?
