Hi, I’m so glad you found your way here. If you’ve been feeling the need to pause, to breathe, to find your way back to yourself — this course is for you. Creative Discovery is a gentle, 4-session journey that uses simple expressive arts tools to help you slow down, feel what’s been waiting to be felt, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been tucked away for a while. You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need fancy supplies. Just bring your curiosity — and a willingness to show up for yourself in new ways. ✨ Over four live, guided sessions, we’ll explore: How to express and understand your emotions through art Simple ways to reconnect with your inner world Tools to meet your inner critic and practice self-kindness Practices for cultivating joy, gratitude, and your own safe space Each session is experiential, supportive, and paced gently — with time to create, reflect, and share (only if you feel comfortable). 💛 Who is this for? This course is open to anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves through creativity. You might especially enjoy it if: You're looking for a gentle, non-verbal way to explore your emotions You’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or creatively dry You’re curious about expressive arts as part of your personal healing You support others (as a therapist, coach, or educator) and want to experience these tools firsthand before bringing them into your practice You simply want to spend intentional time with yourself, using color, image, and movement as a form of self-care No art skills needed.
